Equity and Debt Financing
Sufficient capital to build and grow the business plan is a
critically important issue for any company. Haider-Capital assists
companies in determining the best capital structure to support the
business plan and minimize shareholder dilution. This structure will
include the appropriate mix of debt and equity, and the likely range
of valuation, structure, pricing, and terms for each.
If the strategy is private equity or debt, the Haider-Capital team
